Dan Technology's systems allow for extremely precise control of the working pressure. In this picture you can see an aluminum door handle being polished and prepared for the next step of buffing.

Pictured here is a system with four pressure sensitive belts of varying grit automatically polishing brass door plates.

Here we see another turnkey Dan Technology system which is automatically polishing door handles. This system uses four electronically controlled belts and is able to take a handle directly from the foundry and prepare it for the final buffing process. This can be accomplished on a separate cell like the one pictured below, or can be integrated into this same cell.

The same handles that are polished in the picture above can be finished in the system shown here. The custom pallets can be moved manually or automatically into place from the polishing cell to the buffing cell.
