This is a picture of Dan Technology's exclusive "KOSME" machine. This very affordable system greatly reduces the cost and simplicity of flatware finishing. First the system uses emery covered wheels which are very inexpensive. Secondly the system uses electronically controlled working pressures which eliminates the need for a copying mechanism or numerical control programs.

Dan Technology has been producing world-class systems for the finishing of cutlery since 1973, with many innovative improvements since that time. Today's "POSALUX" model rotary tables are extremely versatile and can be arranged to handle knife handles and blades simultaneously in addition to spoons and forks. The standard model for cutlery comes with 3 working units for the blades and 2 working units for the handles. As is the case in the model shown here, these systems can also include more than one table, automatic transfer units and automatic loading and unloading devices.
